No multimedia controller drivers

Hello,

I have a machine donated to me made by LAM unfortunately there are no multimedia controller drivers or multimedia Audio controller drivers no Network controller drivers, video controller drivers or PCI flash memory drivers Windows 7 Pro was just installed and device manager isn't telling me what brand they are most likely they are integrated into the motherboard machine is made by LAM

This can happen when you install a version of Windows that predates the hardware. Installing Windows 10 might work.
