Urgent can't access gmail

Hello i need help with my gmail and goggle account. I have forgotten my password and am unable to reset password because the recovery address i used is no longer avaible for me. I tried using my phone number to recieve sms message with verification code but then it said a recovery message was sent i cant access that computer anymore i need help

Sorry but in your case account recovery is impossible.
