CPU running BUT no DISPLAY

Hello,

Good day. I have problem with my pc. My cpu is running but there's no display. I tried cleaning all components, tried removing CMOS then putting it back and still no display. please help. Thanks in advance.

do you have a video card or are you working off the on-board video processor?

And i cant shut it down using the power button.
