Hi Soramtiken,
I recommend you to test the pendrive on another PC. So, you are able to locate the drive and open it, but you cannot access the content, right? Run the Command Prompt as an Administrator and use the following command:
Chkdsk L: /r
Replace L with the drive’s letter. Wait for the process to end and try to access your files once again.
