ACER Aspire ES 15 WiFi isn't working

Hello,

Recently I got an ACER Aspire ES 15 from my dad and the internet won't work. As in it just comes up with "no internet" but it has full bars and my phone stuff are connected to our WiFi. How can I fix this?

Perhaps the easy way out is to buy a USB WIFI adapter on Amazon and bypass the problem. You should first check to see if the Internet works via and wired connection. You could also attempt to delete delete the wifi hardware and then let Windows reinstall it.
