My usb flash drive is not appearing on desktop neither on system nor on disk management,what should i do,it is not showing even on another laptop

Your flash drive is damaged, unfortunately flash drives cannot be repaired.

I don't know how it happened,i plugged in a laptop ,at that time it was working.when i again plugged in another laptop,it suddenly stopped working,not showing on that laptop's screen :(
