Hi Ruvini Lakmali,
Like Ambucias said, you should test the drive on another PC. Do you get the same message? If the drive brand new or you have been using it for some time without any trouble? Do you have important data stored on the pendrive?
Please connect the drive and open Disk Management. Check if the drive is listed there with correct file format and drive letter. If the drive has a drive letter, run the Command Prompt and use the command:
Chkdsk H: /r
Replace H with the drive’s drive letter.
Please, let me know if there is any progress.
Hope this helps
