My toshiba laptop which has a PA5109U-1BRS battery, doesn't show anything on its screen and it won't even give out any kind of light. i would like to know what's causing the problem ASAP because am about to write my exams and i need it urgently to practise some functions.your help will be kindly appreciated.

well the laptop doesn't switch on so i cant tell if it's working or not

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
