Want to stop someone logging onto my page

Hello,
i'm just trying to stop someone who shares this computer,from logging into my page.you know when your starting up and there could be two names to log into,so you log into your own,well i just want to stop them from logging into mine.

Go to Start > Control Panel > User Accounts and make a password for your account.
