Hello, I have been a client of Hotmail for over 20 years ***@*** and it was hacked into 3 times , but I find hotmail or outlook the most conveneint email. i wish to close ***@*** and open a NEW OUTLOOK ACCOUNT: In the meantime I have opened a gmail account ***@*** but i find it very confusing so I want to open a new hotmail account.

Is there something keeping you from opening a new Outlook.com account?
