Computer not starting 3 beeps

My computer is not starting..when I switch on the power supply..then monitor power button lights blue 1st.. then I suddenly press my CPU power button..it will not on with one press..after 3 to 5 press cpu on with 3 beep sounds..then the monitor power button turns orange ..after that I can't start my system..what can I do ??..pls help me guys
