Windows is off. Hardware is running but does not react.

I have this problem with my laptop. If anyone can help me, it would be great.
In the middle of my work, keyboard stopped working. I couldn't write anything or click Ctrl +Alt + del. But TouchPad was still working so I decided to turn laptop off. My windows turned off and screen went black. But my hardware did not. Keyboard is still lightened and I can hear vents. No key is responding and "turn on" button is not responding too. My battery can't be removed without technician. Does anyone has a clue what to do? Thank you.
