Computer is not starting

Hello,
My computer was running properly and suddenly it stopped and monitor screen was blanked like cable connection of TV is lost.
then, I turned off my cpu by switching off the power.
then, I tried again to start my computer but it is not working at all.
CPU powers on and fan is also working but it is not booting.
Monitor and key board is not working at all.
no power in keyboard.
kindly help me.

Sorry it's impossible to turn you into a computer Tech via this forum. I suggest you find that Tech at a local PC Repair shop.
