Windows not loading

Hello,

i have a lenovobpc it was showing some kind of error saying collecting data then restart i tried to install new window but still window is not loading setup came there n its say window setup is starting n thats it pc is not taking window eaht should i do telll mee plzzzzzzzz..

Hi Akash,

Please confirm that the Windows installation drive works normally. Test it on another PC. If installation starts as expected, put the drive back in your PC and open the BIOS menu. Restore it to its default settings and restart. Go back to the BIOS menu and change the booting options. Boot from the drive and check if the installation will start. If nothing happens, there may be an issue with your laptop. I would suggest you to try with another installation drive just in case.
Are you able to use your already installed Windows?
