Hi Akash,
Please confirm that the Windows installation drive works normally. Test it on another PC. If installation starts as expected, put the drive back in your PC and open the BIOS menu. Restore it to its default settings and restart. Go back to the BIOS menu and change the booting options. Boot from the drive and check if the installation will start. If nothing happens, there may be an issue with your laptop. I would suggest you to try with another installation drive just in case.
