Hi,
Go to the Start button the click on Settings
After this, choose the Control Panel options
You will see that there is an icon labeled as " User Account"
Click on it and choose "Or Pick an Account to Change" ( these are already created accounts for which you can change the welcome names .. )
Final step is to choose "Change My name " and this is done
