Google account disabled due to 'suspicious activity'

My gmail account has been suspended due to 'suspicious activity'. I have no idea what I may have done wrong as I only use my email for work and whilst ordering online. I have really important work emails, flight confirmation and also tickets for a child's Christmas present on my account so I really need it. I've tried the steps google provide but unfortunately I can't remember the date I set up the account as it was over 8 years ago.
Is there anyway I can contact a google representative or can someone help me with this problem?
