You have asked me to boot it repair the OS by command prompt console. But, how can i do that without my laptop not getting booted..?
when i tried to boot it up with new windows, it hangs when the windows logo appears.same happens for windows 7, 8 , 10. I'm really helpless i dont know what to do. Plzz...help mee..., fix it please....plzzz

It is beyond our ability to remotely fix a computer with such drastic problems. I suggest you have a local PC repair shop diagnose the problem.
