Hello,

My laptop was working a 100% yesterday, when I switched it on last night there was no response, the power cable plugged in no response either. Please be informed that yesterday I simply closed the laptop without shutting down. This is a relatively new laptop, I've had it for 4 months now.
I tried removing the battery with the cable in, no response so I assumed the battery is good

Any advice will be appreciated

Hi Kenneth,

I recommend you to remove the battery and power cable and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Reconnect the power cable and try to boot again. Since it is a new laptop, it should be under warranty. Please contact the seller or the manufacturer’s support. There may be some model specific guidance you should follow to get out of this situation.
