Sent in additional documents as requested, now facebook are doin

this was a month ago now, and i'm still geting the same 'Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can' message.

thanks to all this i can find a way to ask the guys why it is taking a life time to verify my identity. any ideas on how i can get a message to the facebook guys without logging in? i can't log in right now.

There are thousands of people in the same situation as you, that's why it takes so long.

ok. i asked seeing as it took no time at all (about half a day) to request the additional documents, after the 1ST set of documents got sent. why was that 1ST one so much faster to asked for the 2ND lot of documents?

So you were asked twice for documents ?

Requesting documents is one thing, examining them is another.

I strongly suggest that you file a complaint with Facebook, but don't ask how because we don't know. There are robots and people managing Facebook, both are automated, it's crazy !

Why would Facebook ask you for documents anyway ? If you have used your real name to open your account, or if you had two accounts, it will not be restored.

i did use my real at 1st but changed it soon after. no friends it the time i changed, and i kinda have trast problmes, that is why i changed in the 1ST plase. Poisoning Blood is one of my nick names and i now only use one of my nick my name for things like facebook. i have 3 nick names, all name i maed my self. with a nick name i can keep my true id safe.

and yes, they asked 1st for documents, then for the additional documents. the additional documents is the 2nd lot.
