Hi Samandted,
Are you sure the PC boots normally? When do you get the black screen: right after you press the power button or just before entering Windows?
If you see the manufacturer’s logo and you are able to open the BIOS menu, but you cannot see the Windows screen, try pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL and opening the Task Manager. Locate the explorer.exe process and end it. From New Task, open a new process, typing explorer.exe in the line. Press OK and check if there are any changes. If you gain access to Windows, open Device Manager and check if there is a driver issue.
If you cannot see any screen, try using another monitor or a TV in order to confirm if this is a Screen issue or a laptop problem.
