Hi Naa,
Since this is a new laptop, you should call the store and ask for assistance. Unfortunately, they may need to have a look and repair/replace the computer.
What you could try is to remove battery and power cable and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Reconnect the power cable and try to boot again. If there is no change, you need to seek technical assistance.
