Hi Bswaffar,
I would recommend you to remove battery and power cable and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Reconnect the power cable and try to reach the BIOS menu. If it is not accessible, there may be a hardware issue with the PC and you many need to seek help from a technician.
If the BIOS menu is accessible, check if the hard drive is recognized. If there is an issue with the drive, the PC may not be able to read the Windows files and that is why you cannot get past the manufacturer’s logo. I recommend you to check that. Sometimes a connectivity problem may cause similar issues.
Please have in mind that opening the laptop may void warranty. If it is under warranty, contact the seller.
