Is it possible to reach the BIOS menu? If it is possible, search for the hard drive and check if it is correctly recognized. If there is problem with the drive or with the Windows files, it is possible that the PC cannot read the Windows files properly and that is why your PC goes in a boot loop.
Try booting from a Windows installation drive and select the Repair option. If the drive is not listed in BIOS, you may need to confirm if it is properly connected. Have in mind that opening the laptop will void its warranty.
