My MyBook Axioo Laptop is not turning on!!

My MyBook Axioo Laptop is not turning on. But, i shutted it down and the mouse is still on which if the laptop is off, the mouse light is off as well. Please answer.

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
