Audio is not coming at all

Hello,
I have a windows 7 ultimate 34 bit, the audio driver is realtek. I have just moved my computer from one room to another. That's when all the problem started.Audio isn't coming all of a sudden.
Please help

What color is the port you are connecting to?

Go to the hardware manager, and see if there are any EXCLAMATION Points highlighted. Delete the sound driver and reboot, windows 7 should see the driver missing and re-install.
