Hi Daniel Sisana,
Do you get an error message or you simply get back the log in screen? Are you sure that you have selected the correct user and you have correctly typed the password? Are you trying to log in as the Administrator? If not, contact the Administrator and ask if there are some log in changes. I would also recommend you to try booting in Safe Mode. Does the issue persist? If so, use a Windows installation drive and use the Repair option. It may work in case there is a booting problem with your PC.
