locked out of Yahoo mail Solved/Closed

Question

Hello, I am locked out of Yahoo mail, I know security question and email or users ID, but I have changed phone number and need access, is there anyone I can talk with so they can verify it is me.
If I create a new email address is there away to recover or get into the account that is asking to send recovery information to a phone number I no longer have.

Thank you for taking time to respond to my question, I had already read the information that you had sent me.  So since I no longer have the phone number send can't receive information from the recovery number and there is no person to validate who I am, I'll need to create a new email.
