Recovery help Google account

I no longer have mobile number to receive verification code. I do remember my password to my account but it says it's wrong and won't let me sign in. I did set up two step verification but the recovery email to my account was also froze with the account I'm trying to recover. If I could only get in my account and change the mobile number everything would be solved. I have allot of accounts and every account has been froze and I can't get into any of them even if I know my passwords. Help! I only care about the last 6 years of photos I have in Google photos.

Hello

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
