Hi Sabari,
I would recommend you to connect the pendrive and open Disk Management. Check if the drive is recognized. You may need to manually assign a drive letter. If the drive is missing in Disk Management, test it on another PC. If it is missing there too, unfortunately there may be a problem with the drive.
If it is recognized when connected to another PC, open your computer’s Device Manager and search for the USB drive under USB devices. Uninstall it and restart the PC. Plug in the pendrive and check if there will be any difference.
