Reset account password via yahoo app

Hi everybody!

I have a problem concerning my yahoo account:
I am only able to read my mails via the app on my ipad
since I forgot the password and security questions of
the account. The problem now is, that yahoo told me to
change my password for the account.
Is there a way to change my password via the app?
I just cannot contact yahoo, because you first need to
login to your account ...
The best would be, if yahoo just sent me a new password
which I could see on the app and then I could login via pc.

I would be thankful for any suggestions!
