hi i just want to say thank you for the help and information on getting my info. off of google. but something is wrong with google. here is another question is there any way i can talk to someone from google who can walk me through the step to pull up the information i need? like a real live person.is there a site or anything???? thank you people..

Sorry, there is no way to talk to any body at Google, if there were a way, all 60,000 employees would do nothing else but answer the phone.

Hi 'Ambucias' to answer you Q & A i have two i had to start another one because i was having problem login into my original google account , now i need to get back into it because i need to get my contacts,friends, and family info. like i said befor i yave a hard time understanding the terms. used on this computer & the internet.bro it seems i keep going around in a circle.this is all crazy bro. i am still trying i geuss i am going to rest my neck for to night and get back this in the morning. you have a good evening brother.

Why can't you access your account ? When is the last time you successfully accessed your account ?

hello Ambucias thanks for responding back to me . to answer your question- it's been about 2 OR 3 months.every time i tried it ask for my password and that's what i am wanting to find out or change, also when they ask for the phone number to verfy i can't cuz i lost that phone i a flash flood.
