Black Screen 7 beeps

OK. When I hold the power button for 30 seconds after removing the battery and power cord, I replace the power cord and get 7 beeps and still no screen power. Immediately after the beeps I push the power button to turn off the pc and again to turn it back on. This works.
That being said, what exactly do I need to replace? I have already changed the memory. Is it the motherboard, the CMOS battery, the battery, the screen? Please help me figure out what to buy.

Hi
seven beeps usually indicates a processor problem. It is very seldom that the processor actually fails, it is most likely a motherboard issue.
See if you can perform a Pre Boot System Assessment (PSA Diagnostic) by holding the “Fn” while rebooting the system. Keep holding "Fn” key until the diagnostic gets initiated.
