Hi Utkarshgaur,
Have you tested the pendrive on another PC? Is it working fine there? If it is, backup all data. If the pendrive is not working while connected to any Windows PC, but seems working fine when connected to a phone, there may be a connectivity issue. Sometimes drives with connectivity problems do not appear in Windows, but are recognized by other operational systems. It is a good opportunity to backup all important files.
When you connect the pendrive to a PC, does it appear in Disk Management? Does it have a proper file format and a drive letter?
Hope this helps

Open Computer Management by right click and assigning disk management.
Click on Disk Management & give it a moment to open the view of the drives installed.
Look for a drive that does not have an assigned drive letter and is not labelled as System Reserved.Note: System reserved drives are reserved by Windows and will not allow you to assign a letter.
Right-click the unlabeled drive and click Change drive letter and paths…
Click Add and then click OK to select the first available drive letter.
If the Change drives letter and paths… the option is not available, make sure that the drive is Online.
If the drive is Offline, right-click the disk number and click Online.
