Lenovo idea pad 110 laptop

Hello,

My laptop just won't switch on I've plugged it in and the lights are coming on but when I hit the power on bottom it makes a noise like its switching on but then nothing. I've to remove the back of the laptop to get the battery out should I do this.?
This laptop is only 4 months old should I return it ???

Hello Ursula,

Only four months old ! Better not try to fix on your own. You may have purchased a lemon. I suggest you get a replacement or a refund and nothing else.
