Regaining access to my account

Hello, I need help with my account password, which was sent to me through another account. when i input the code sent to me, it says wrong code. I've tried putting that code in several times and still want take it. i've even tried putting in a new that I want for this account. Please help me? I'm not a computer expert. My account info., is as follows ***@*** Your help will greatly be appreciated, I have so much important info., and pics that me a lot to me and my love ones.
