Hello keshab_rijal,
Have you tried to scan the hard drive against malware besides the viruses? If not, please do so. After you have performed a full scan of your system with several programs /just in case/, you could check the HDD for errors itself. You can opend the Command prompt and enter the following command:
chkdsk /r
