Hi Tesmond Marum,
You should open the BIOS menu and set up the boot priority. If you are trying to install from a DVD, put the DVD drive on the first place. This way the PC will try to boot firstly from the DVD. If you have already done this and the issue persists, there may be a problem with the installation drive. Try using another one. Usually, the bootable USB drives show less installation errors.

You obviously have a damaged hard disk. I suggest you take it to a repair shop.
