UNABLE TO REMOVE VIRUS

Hello,
i have a laptop in taskmanager i found three files running i am unable to end these applications.Files are as followa (lucky.exe, sumanya.exe,kanthi.exe) .how to remove these virus .pls help me out in this issue.

Attrib - r-h-s /s /d *.* remover virus
Attrib - r-h-s /s /d *.* virus ✓ - Windows 7 Forum
Cmd prompt return access denied ✓ - Antivirus Forum

check also if you find them in start up file.
delete them from there.
