Hi Sameya,
I would suggest you to disconnect the power cable and the battery and to hold the power button for 20 seconds. Reconnect the power cable and try to turn on the PC. Are there any changes?
If not, check the laptop’s manual for some specific button combination that may activate recovery mode. If none of this works, you should seek assistance from a technician because the issue may be hardware related.
