Computer won't start

Hello,
I am having some issues with my computer. I've tried everything under the sun including a factory reset, but still nothing. When I turn my computer on, I see my normal graphics card screen loading up, then nothing. The screens both turn black and stay that way. The computer light is on indicating that it is running...but that's it. Just black screen for days
