Stuck in logo after updating

Hello!
I have acer aspireE15. Yesterday when I'm shutting down the laptop it's says update and shut down, but I was so sleepy so I click that and close the laptop without finishing the update. Tomorrow morning my sister open the laptop and start updating but after finishing the update. I open it and it is stuck in the logo. How can I fix that without deleting the files and videos?

And my brother says that the logo is like in the tv when your antena is not working!

Please help me. ASAP!
