Hello Rishabh,
Looks like there are more than one issue with your laptop. I think, our troubleshooting should go in these directions:
1. Diagnostics of the video chip
2. Diagnostics of the power supply unit
3. Diagnostics of the cooling system
Is your laptop still under warranty? If so, the best thing to do is to bring the laptop to an authorized by the laptop's manufacturer technician to do the tests. There could be a need of a replacement of more than one component, so if you have any doubts, please leave the job to the professionals.
