Hello, Black screen does not respond to pushing Zero and power. Battery removed and reinstated?

Whammer, so you are saying the laptop doesn't boot? Does anything display on the screen, any white words or displays when it first boots?

No words. Power button flashes 5 times then goes black.

Take it to a technician. It has a piece of hardware that is failing.
