Yahoo mail is not recognized

I have stop using my yahoo acc quite a long time .. now I want to open it but I forgot password , recovery email n phone number that I register also .. when I try to sign in , I already enter the I forgot passwod .. but when I write my email , its writen not recognise ..what should I do the get my acc back
