Hi Davidbuirdsagllacher,
Could you please give more details what are you trying to do with the set up utility? Do you want to prepare the PC for Windows installation? In that case you only need to set up the boot priority, placing the installation device on first place. That means that if you are going to install Windows from a USB drive, put the USB on the first place. This way it should be loaded with priority.
If you need any help navigating in the Utility menus, check the laptop’s manual or contact the manufacturer’s support. There may be some model specific feature or setup.
