i have a laptop the brand name is acer aspire 5315 when i turn on the laptop and sign in it goes through a security check and i cant get in the laptop to fix it si i cant check my eamail or anything else it juat stay there in the security i dont have a disk to fix it is there any way of fixing it so i can get to my eamil and all
