We are CCM, we have no business or connections with Yahoo
Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.

I am sorry that I did not ask the question properly.
I have the yahoo ID.
I registered a recovery phone which is disconnected
I registered a recovery email address which I still have but when Yahoo did not accept it, I logged into that address and found out that some hacker deleted it from Yahoo !
Can there be some help possible ?

Your recovery phone is disconnected. You recovery email has been hacked. I don't see how you can recover your account.
