How to retrieve a mail which is deleted from Trash

Hello,

I want to retrieve a mail which I deleted from trash Folder in Gmail which is so important to me. Can you please help me on this. I tried all possible options could not get it retrieved. Heard that Gmail will have all mail saved so that we can retrieve even the mails that was deleted in Trash as well. Can someone help here.
