Hello,

I have an excel workbook for our call center metrics and i need to accomplish the following

On the sheet named calculations and a sheet named data.

In sheet named calculations I have the agent name and then columns for Total calls, TalkTime,Etc

Example ( in sheet Calculations )
Column A Agent 1 Column D Total Calls

Need to accomplish the following


If in sheet Data Column P is equal to True show all values for Totals Calls in Column C for Agent 1 in Column B displayed in Column D on Sheet Calculations

Could you provide some sample data, as it is hard to understand what you are trying to achieve.
