Hello Amanda,
There are a number of ways of doing what you would like but just so that we are all on the same page, could you please upload a sample of your work book to a free file sharing site such as Sendspace, ge.tt or DropBox and then post the link to your file back here. Please use dummy data.
In the meantime, following is the link to a sample file I supplied to another Poster some time ago.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/t5bg1ry6v25ksv5/Chiswickbridge%28Transfer%20from%20sht1%20to%20sht2%2C%20autofilter%29%20-%20Copy.xlsm?dl=0
His query was similar to yours. You'll see in the sample that any row of data that has the criteria "Yes" in Column F will be transferred to Sheet 2 once the "RUN" button is clicked on. The "used" data in Sheet 1 is then deleted. I assume that you would want to use a criterion such as "Completed" perhaps?
Let us know your thoughts.
Cheerio,
vcoolio.
